1-on-1 Personal Training
1-on-1 personal training provides fully customized, athlete-focused development tailored to individual goals and needs. Each session emphasizes skill refinement, strength and conditioning, movement efficiency, and mental toughness. Through personalized coaching and detailed feedback, athletes receive the highest level of attention to accelerate growth and achieve peak performance.
Small Group/Team/School
IM Elite Performance delivers high-level small group, team, and club sports performance training designed to maximize athletic potential. Our programs focus on strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and game-specific movement while fostering accountability, competition, and teamwork. Athletes train in an elite environment that emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and performance that translates directly to competition.

Developmental Athlete (Ages 7-9)
Focus: Speed, agility, running mechanics, bodyweight strength .
Overview: This is the best age to introduce true youth performance training. Athletes learn how to move efficiently, quickly, and safely.
