IM Elite Performance is a premier youth sports performance and athletic development company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We specialize in building speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power in athletes ages 7–18 through safe, structured, and age-appropriate training.
Founded by veteran and coach Isaac Miller, IM Elite Performance was created to give young athletes access to high-level training typically reserved for elite programs—right here in the community. Our mission is to help every athlete develop the physical ability, confidence, and mindset needed to excel in sports and in life.
At IM Elite Performance, we combine expert coaching with cutting-edge performance technology to deliver world-class training. Our programs follow proven long-term athletic development (LTAD) models to ensure each athlete trains safely and progresses at the right pace.
